This home offers a reverse floor plan with a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area and one bedroom on the top floor.
On the middle floor you will find 3 bedrooms with the remaining bedroom on the ground level.
Four of the bedrooms provide excellent ocean views and one has a fantastic sound view.
The ground floor also serves as a game room with a ping pong table and cornhole boards and added storage for your beach toys.

Disappointing

Property was poorly maintained. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Lots of stains and dirt. Ants were teeming in the child’s bedroom & family and dining area. Not just a few annoying ants. My granddaughters had ants in their beds and did not sleep there for 3 nights. Slept with their parents. We bought ant bait and a guy came over with a can of spray after I made a phone call, but that did not solve the problem. Ants returned 2 days later. This property needs to be treated by an exterminator, not just a can of ant spray. The channels of the sliding glass doors were filthy & full of dead ants which shows that ants have been around before. One of the railings on the top deck was broken & easily pushed out which is a danger to small children and dogs. I have a photo. We kept a table in front of it to protect them from falling off the deck. In the listing, it mentioned ping pong, darts, and corn hole. Couldn’t play darts because there was only one dart. Couldn’t play ping pong because one of the 2 paddles was broken. The furniture on the middle deck was old, dirty, and rusty. Not acceptable for a rental. Refrigerator was missing a lid to the produce drawer & bins in the freezer were all rusty. We have rented out our own beach property, and would never have rented property in this poorly maintained condition.Loved the view but the house had a poor layout. No bathroom for lower level bedroom and you had to go through the kid’s room to get to the beach. Weird.

Beach for MILES

This was a family vacation ages 7 to 80. The most loved aspect was the steps that drop right on to the beach. My grandkids LOVED their new found freedom of exploring the beach (with boundaries) on their own while we kept close eyes on them from the deck. The house was awesome with the exception that I thought it had an elevator for my mother-in-law. It didn’t. She made due though and loved her time with everybody. Loved hearing the crashing waves at night and in the early morning. Shells, sharks teeth and the NEWLY made turtle nest was the icing on the cake and I was able to bring my best furry friend who also loved everything about the trip. Will definitely be returning. We ALL truly love Topsail Island.

Location, location, location!!

This house is located right on the beach! Fabulous to see and hear the waves crash all day! Please note that towels and sheets are not provided. Upper bunk bed was too shaky for use.Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans. House is not far from ice cream places and a couple of restaurants.

This place is really ideal for a large family that really wants to hang together.

So close to the beach you can literally taste the salt water and the views are gorgeous. So many options for sleeping and resting and reading and enjoying the ocean. Everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of seating everywhere. Not too much to do right there and that was find with us. Great restaurant right down the way and so much great seating on the deck. Our dogs loved the location as well. Nice to have the open area right across the street too.
