Enjoy the convenience of downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and Cheyenne Mountain.

You will have quick and easy access to Jenkins Park and miles of beautiful hiking trails and quiet sidewalks. Local restaurants, bars and shops are also within walking distance.

The condo has a private balcony that faces an inner courtyard, a heated pool and hot tub as well as two dry saunas are on location. Youll have use of a lobby callbox that can be programmed to call your mobile phone to buzz-in guests and delivery drivers.

Recently remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, central heat/air-conditioned unit that’s nestled into the quit and peaceful Broadmoor/Southwest area of Colorado Springs, near the intersection of 8th Street and Cheyenne Road.

Cats allowed. No dogs except Service Dogs.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
In the colder months, leave the central heat set to 62 degrees when you check-out.
In the warmer months, turn off the central A/C when you check-out.
If any cloths, towels, etc. are damp, please separate them and hang them when you check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Complex has the following Nuisance Policy: No noise or disturbance shall be allowed between the hours of 10PM - 7AM Sun-Thu or 11PM - 9AM Fri-Sat.
When moving items into and out of the bedroom level please enter and exit through the hallway door on the bedroom level.

We stayed at the condo for 2 1/2 months. We had a great stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was very comfortable. We loved having a pool and hot tub. The building was clean and quiet. The laundry facilities were clean. The only issue we had was it took a long time to get hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. This was no fault of the owners. A dresser in the bedroom would have been nice. The host was always responsive and fixed any issues we had. All in all, we would recommend it and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
