Also enjoy the covered porch & two decks for wildlife viewing (deer & turkey are regulars and in summer fireflies too. Gourmet Kitchen. 2 Spa like baths with custom tiled showers & Bluetooth speakers. Smart TVs. We are pet friendly (See details below for pets).

The cabin is cozy and comfy! The perfect retreat for city folks like us. We enjoyed the area immensely. Coming back to the hot tub, game room, and daily deer viewing was just the relaxation we needed after a day of adventures. We absolutely loved having our dogs with us! The place is absolutely gorgeous, it is close to many things to do and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who needs a place to stay. The deer and turkeys visited everyday, and birds were plentiful. Our dog enjoyed the walk around.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a great location. It is great proximity to a variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day of outdoor activities. Would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

The Cardinal Cottage is as adorable and serene as the photos and description claim. The location is so convenient to all the sites yet secluded and abundant with wildlife. We saw many deer and turkeys during our time there. Our host Shelby was most gracious and accommodating with our stay. We will definitely stay here again when visiting New River Gorge.

Great Family Spot

Such a cute house with lots of updates. We loved playing games and the kitchen was great to cook in. This location is perfect and so close to many trails! We had a wonderful time here.
