Pelican Walk 209 - FREE Beach Chair Service Included March through October! Beautiful 1 Bed - 2 Bath Beach Front Condo on the second floor with easy access to the beach. Sleeps 4. The spacious balcony over looks the east side pool and Gulf! Unit 209 features a spacious open floor plan. New Sofa Sleeper and Smart TV added in 2024! There is a king bed in the bedroom with an adjoining private bath. There is also a FULL Bathroom for guests with shower. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a combination dining-living area and a Gulf-front balcony. Also, included is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Pelican Walk is located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach chair service, two (2) swimming pools (west pool heated seasonally Nov. through April), hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

*Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Water Outage

There was a water outage for a day and it didn't come back on until midnight. They didn't offer a discount or voucher to schedule a free day and I think that was wrong.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Pelican Walk for 10 years at least 2 times per year. We have always been satisfied. This October we stayed at unit 209 and it was very clean. Husband loved the recliner. Very was great of the pool and beach. Very convenient walking down one flight of stairs to pool. Staff in office very helpful and always kind. Grounds are great. Maintenance is always available if you need them. We really enjoyed the heated pool. The beach chairs included were great too. This is our home away from home. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
