The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull in the beige cushions on patio-loveseat & 2 side chairs- to prevent animal damage.
Ensure all floor heaters are left unplugged and that Mini Split in primary bedroom is turned off. The two Nest thermostats can be put to 55 degrees.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep noise down after 10pm. If there is a noise complaint filed against you, you agree to pay a $300 fine.
No fireworks allowed on premise year round.
All guests must be preregistered prior to arrival. Non overnight guests require prior owner approval to avoid $300 per person fee.
