Brewster Cape Cod lakefront/private beach

This lovely home is located right on Seymour Pond and has it's own beach and dock
It is on a quiet dead end street It is close to the Cape Cod bike trail and minutes from the ocean beaches. From the deck there is a beautiful view of the pond and the Punkhorn reservation across from the pond.
There is an enclosed outside shower and a gas grill.

This place is great for swimming, kayaking, ( two kayaks , 2 paddle boards and one canoe available) and bicycling!
