Located near many popular destinations throughout the Quad Cities; just 3.5 Miles from TBK Sports Complex, 5 miles from downtown Leclaire, and 9 Miles from Downtown Davenport. Equipped with a large game room, bar, arcade games, darts, foosball, and much more! Round up the family for a vacation or staycation they will not forget! This property was designed for families and friends to enjoy each other's company. This property is a beautiful breath of fresh air. You can sit in the living room and watch the bald eagles' fish during the winter, or in the summer, enjoy some fishing of your own. The game room is one of the amenities setting the home apart from other local stays. If you are looking for a family get away, where you can relax, enjoy the outdoors and each other’s company, this property doesn’t disappoint. We are short drive to many the local hot spots, such as Vibrant Arena, Iron Tee Golf and Green Tree Brewery.
