We really enjoyed our stay! The house was walking distance to the beach. We also discovered the shopping area on Washington Street (lots of shops and restaurants (pedestrian walk!). Also walkable from the house. At the house we enjoy the pool nearly every day, and thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch in the evening. The area was nice and felt very safe. Regarding the host, they were very responsive and helpful. We had been a little concerned about the parking (at most, 2 larger vehicles fit in the driveway). However, street parking is free and many spots open after around 5pm (when people leave the beach). We just got a few good spots on the street, and then only used the cars parked in the driveway (so we didn’t have to find a spot on the street).
