311 E. Savannah Rd. - Bring the entire family on vacation and enjoy this charming 5-bedroom 4-bathroom beach house. Just a short walk to Lewes Beach, Dairy Queen, and everything downtown Lewes has to offer! This is very spacious home with open concept living on the first floor. There's a small screened in porch on the front of the house, and a large screened in porch off the kitchen. You'll also enjoy the partially fenced yard. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Book today, and start making memories this summer!
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $302.00.

7 Night Stays- mid June through August
3 Night Stays- October through December
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
