This was the second time my college friends and I have stayed at this lovely property for a reunion weekend. The bedrooms and baths were great. We could easily walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well outfitted. We look forward to returning!!

Love the location - walking distance to the restaurants and stores in Lewes as well as the local market. The porches were lovely and kitchen was well stocked. The space was just right for our family.

Thank you so much for your review. You and your family were excellent guests.
We had a great stay here! Marilyn was wonderfully responsive and considerate. The home was clean, maintained, and very well stacked with anything you’d need. The location and space were perfect for our large family. We really appreciate you having us at your beloved home!
Great to be in-town for this price at such a cute house - really nicely decorated for the beach! So close to downtown Lewes - we could all walk and bike where we wanted, then a quick and easy drive to the beach.

Thank you for your review Adam. It’s always nice to read that guests enjoyed their stay.
My fiancé and I along with our parents stayed here for a weekend to explore Lewes. The home is cozy, well-furnished, and comfortably accommodated the five of us. It was a great home base!
We loved the location and family gathering space. I am tall and the short basement had me bump my head a few times but that’s on me for moving too quickly.
Nice location. Can walk to restaurants and stores. Really enjoyed the screened in porch and we didn’t need it but it seemed the lower level would be a great place for a group of kids to get up to great fun.
Spacious house conveniently located to downtown Lewes, walking/biking trails, and Lloyd's market. The noise from the hospital across the street was somewhat bothersome, but on the plus side our kids loved watching the ambulances come and go at all hours!
This property is a great place to stay for a Lewes trip! It sleeps many, has a wonderful screened in porch, has walking access to town and great coffee shops, and near a walking/biking trail. Lloyd market is a few blocks away with the largest small grocery selection of items if you've forgotten something or want to cook an entire meal. Check-in/out was very easy and times for check-in/out were VERY reasonable. We look forward to staying here again!
The host was very relaxed. We had an Early check-in and it was no issue. The location is exactly where you want to be visiting Downtown Lewes. Park the car and walk the town. We all had a great time. I definitely recommend the place and I will be staying there again.
Home was very nice. I always look for places that have comfortable common spaces and this place had that. The living room had enough seating and was comfortably arranged. There is also a nice front porch facing the street with good seating and then finally a screened in side porch with comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed our stay and found the location to our liking. You can easily walk to the shops and restaurants in Lewes. Would definitely book again.
Laid back, relaxing beach escape away from hustle-bustle of commercial beach towns.
This is a quaint cottage-type home, nicely decorated, plenty of separate spaces (indoor and out) for guests to gather (we had 6 adults and 3 kids), easy parking for 3+ cars. Clean property, comfortable beds, outdoor faucet to wash off sand. Walking distance to many lovely restaurants, shops, free or inexpensive museums, close to Savannah beach which is great for kids due to very little waves. The streets are picturesque with lovely plants/ flowers. We’ll be back with our bikes to explore the trails.
Location and the place was divine. Much bigger with more amenities than I had expected. Great outdoor porches. There was evena parade down the street in front of us.
If you need to stay or visit the hospital it is across the street. An EZ commute to the Emergency room.
We loved our stay here. We came as a family of four (tween and teen boys) and it was wonderful to have plenty of beds to spread out for privacy. This home has many gathering locations: living room, dining area, screened porch and front porch. The location is amazing - town and beautiful neighborhoods/parks are easily within walking distance. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a great local grocery story within walking distance. We would stay here again. We enjoyed Lewes' charming town, geocaches, walkable neighborhoods, great restaurants, interesting history, Cape Henlopen Park and beaches. There was something for all of us!
