Equipped with a full size kitchen, laundry in unit, towels and linens, new TVs in living room & bedroom, high speed internet, large private ocean. Private beach access, large pool, gas grill, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, assigned covered parking. Walking distance to multiple entertainment venues.
There is an application fee to the complex of 150$ and applications sent inside of 20 days have a 300$ fee. Application fee is waived when the applicant has rented inside of the Sandcastle 1 within a 12 month period.
