A true slice of the Great Smoky Mountains, Bandit's Riverfront Retreat features stunning views of the water and surrounding mountaintops. A custom-built bar on the balcony offers the perfect spot to dine al fresco and take in the serene atmosphere. The sounds of the Little Pigeon River soothe the soul while sipping your favorite beverage with family and friends. Named after the owner’s fearless pup Bandit, this family-friendly getaway presents wonderful amenities, including a resort pool and kiddie pool, hot tub, picnic area with gas and charcoal grills, fishing, and a riverwalk trail.

This condo is in a prime location that is approximately, a half a mile from the Apple Barn, and less than a mile from the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway - the main thoroughfare between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Inside your riverfront retreat, discover personal touches that create a homey and welcoming feel. Unwind next to the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV in the living area. Whip up delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Additional highlights include a custom bunk-bed nook, a jetted tub in the main en suite, an additional smart TV in the primary bedroom, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.

Our condo is inspected annually by the Sevier County Fire Inspector, to ensure your stay is as safe as possible. Our permit is prominently displayed right outside and inside the front door. We have also included a picture of our most recent permit dated 03/2023. Our unit is equipped with hard wired smoke detectors, three carbon monoxide detectors, a sprinkler system, and a fire extinguisher. You will find that we have taken extra steps inside our unit to help your stay be as safe as possible.

Nice location and view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location is very convenient to everything. The view from the balcony of the river and mountains was spectacular and we even saw a bald eagle swimming along the river looking for breakfast early one morning. 3 bedrooms is a plus too.

Visiting Tennessee with grandma

We were so lucky to have found this property! It's location is perfect! Out of the hustle and bustle next to the tranquil river, yet close to everything! It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciate the flexibility allowed to us with check-in. We got lucky -A neighbor treated us with freshly baked cake! This was a perfect stay.

Home Away from Home

My family of four adults loved staying at Bandit's Riverfront Retreat for the location, comfort and homey feeling! We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings, and at nighttime, the lightning bugs gave us an amazing light show! With the condo so close to all of the attractions, we were surprised at how peaceful and quiet it was at the condo after a busy day. Sunny was great with communication and check-in/check-out was so easy! We will definitely stay here again during our next Tennessee vacation!

Check in was super simple. We arrived early and property happened to be ready so we were given permission to check in early. Elevator made loading and u loading. A breeze. The location is quiet and serene but just one road over from all the action. You’d never know you were that close to all the hustle and bustle. We could’ve walked to the apple barn. The rental is clean and spacious just like the listing. Beds were super comfy and host was easy to communicate with. We have a 6 and 4 year old who are a little roudy esp after being in the car for 8 hours so we had to keep them from running and stomping. There are full time residents beneath the condo and we had to be careful as to not be disruptive. We did get a text saying we were stomping. The floors are kinda thin so this property is great for older children and adults. Maybe not as much for smaller children who like the be active. The view from the back is beautiful and we loved sitting on the balcony and drinking our coffee and watching the geese. Our trip was a great time and we would definitely stay again!

From the moment I spoke with her on the phone I knew the property was going to be amazing. She explained everything to me and even let me know a little about the area. This condo is pristine! You have everything you need down to a can opener. The beds were super comfy. The kids loved their rooms. It’s very spacious. I have to say this is priced very generously for the area. We will definitely be going back again.❤️

This is the best condo we have ever stayed in! The photos of the inside don’t do it Justice at all. This condo is much bigger than you can capture in a photo also. It is gorgeous inside. From the first time I contacted Sunny to the very last time, she is VERY quick in her response! I would definitely stay here again when I’m the area! We stayed 7 nights and just had to buy extra toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towel. Everything else provided got us through.

Perfect Location

This was the best location and condo we've stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, kind of off from the main room, quiet location. Only thing I'll say, there's no window treatments other than blinds so we all had security lights from outside flooding in. On the last night, between 11 and 1, a kid above us was running back and forth for about 2 hours until I went upstairs and told them to quiet down. That let's me know the walls/floors are pretty thin. That was a Friday night so I'm not sure if they had just come in for the weekend and the condo has been empty all week or the previous guests had just been quieter, either way, it was frustrating for a while. Overall, i would stay here again and just hope for quiet neighbors because the condo is pretty much perfect in every other way.

Bandits Retreat

The condo was very nice. AC worked well. Kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful view of mountains and green foilage. The owner responded very quickly to my questions. I would stay here again. A few tips- the pool and hot tub are located right across the street the other neighborhood. Very easy walk. Bring extra covers. Bring TV with roku. Only two rooms have Roku TV's- Master and Living room. Bring games. FYI- three rooms are locked in the condo and need a code to get in, you will not have that code. Im assuming those 3 rooms are the HVAC, Water heater, and cleaning supplies closet. The neighbors above this condo are loud after quite time, no problem though, call security and they will take care of it. The phone numbet for security is located on the right side of the refrigerator.
