This place was nice and cozy. It gives the ultimate cabin feel. Tucked up in the mountains. It’s very quiet. So quiet you can actually hear the silence. I would absolutely stay here again.
Place was as advertised. Could use some maintenance but otherwise it was great!Only downside: Neightboors are a bit of a mess. Dogs barking at all hours of the night. Even gunshots some nights. Honestly just a little unsettling.
Extremely clean and perfectly secluded. Spent time hiking on the numerous trails in the area. Was also perfectly located for a concert trip to Red Rocks.
The cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved walking around the neighborhood with our dog and looking at the beautiful views around every corner! And wonderful trails nearby.
Great location. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park, Pikes Peak, and Garden of the Gods and attended a show at Red Rocks. The town of Evergreen was a super cute added bonus with lots of restaurants and shops. The cabin was clean and cozy
Nice cabin in a great location that is close to Evergreen, Red Rocks, and everywhere else you want to explore! Would definitely recommend this peaceful location.
Everything was exactly as described. Very clean. A very simple, rudimentary cabin. Perfect for just the two of us. Evergreen is a beautiful little mountain town. Close to Red Rocks, lots of other outdoor activities.
The property is calming and lovely and the cabin is very cozy. Nestled in the woods in all the right ways. Coffee on the front deck with the view of all the trees was very enjoyable. The fire pit was great too. We saw lots of wildlife...deer and a beautiful fox.
It is a cabin that is 20 min from downtown Evergreen straight up the mountain. Need an all wheel or 4wheel drive to access. Beautiful lot with fire pit. Cabin basic but clean.
Im from the Northeast. Never been out west and wanted the mountaineer experience and it’s exactly what i got! I had a great time at this cabin watching the wildlife pass through. Foxes, elk, and deer alike all stopped to say hello at one point or another. The host was exceptional at communicating back and forth. I would definitely stay here again and probably will during the warmer months next time around.
This cabin was exactly what we needed to escape the world. Simple, ultra-quiet, secluded but with neighbors near enough to not feel isolated. Loved it!
Fair warning: if you are not comfortable driving in mountain conditions with switchbacks, dirt roads, steep inclines, high altitude, and quickly changing weather conditions, this cabin may not be for you. However, if all those things are positives and not negatives to you, you will love this place. Hope to stay there again!

Could’ve Been Better
Was an okay stay. The cabin itself was fine and had a cozy-ish vibe, but it was not fully clean and clearly needed some attention to detail. The towel rack in the bathroom and the toilet roll holder were barely hanging in the wall. We also woke up to a bat in our room on the first night, which wasn’t great, but understand it was the woods in Colorado. The hosts could’ve communicated much better. I asked questions in my initial message that went unanswered, as well as a message about the checkout time as the manual sent to me was not clear. They also recommended a 5 minute shower time, which would have been nice to know before booking. Would recommend elsewhere.

Location was great! It was raining the days we were there which I know is no one's fault. Although that meant we unfortunately had to stay inside the cabin the entire time. I cannot count how many spiders and crickets and other bugs we had to kill. Sitting on the couch, laying in the bed, coming out of the sink while brushing teeth. We couldn't even watch TV in peace for fear of another spider crawling on our necks. I understand that bugs are a part of nature but for over 500 for basically 2 days i'd expect there not to be bugs crawling on us every day we were there. Really cute spot otherwise but we could never get comfortable enough to enjoy.. pretty bummed about it as it was my present to my wife on our 5th wedding anniversary.
