Townhome on Moab Golf Course | Pool | Views!

This beautiful golf course home is located adjacent to the green and pond on the Moab Golf Course 12th Hole. Solano Vallejo is a quiet neighborhood just a short 5 min drive from town with a peaceful country feel. It includes a shared seasonal swimming pool and is within walking distance to hiking trails, Red Rock and the Golf Course Rock Petroglyphs site.

Thoughtfully decorated with original artwork and decor with comfortable furnishings throughout. There are two gas fireplaces (located in living room and master bedroom) to cozy up by during the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals and includes a gas range with a built in air-fryer. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar or on the outside patio.

Our internet is FAST and reliable for those who need to study or work remotely and there are 3 TV's located in the unit for streaming your favorite shows or watching cable channels.

The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). The views are amazing! Many guests also enjoy watching golfers putt on the 12th green, easily visible from the patio.

Safely store your bikes and gear in the attached garage and there is plenty of nearby curbside parking for trailers. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use .

Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

Great place to stay in Moab! Very nice furnishings, wonderfully stocked kitchen, great property management communications, and a scenic location on the beautiful golf course. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and soft, and I was very impressed that they had extra egg-crate style mattress pads you could add to the bed if you needed more softness! They were speaking our language. (We find that 99% of mattresses are too hard for us when we travel, so this was a fabulous surprise.)Spotty/low signal wifi was the only thing we found that could be improved, but other than that, it was very nice! Thank you for a great stay.

Great Moab Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. Great location that is just off the beaten path of town to feel quiet and peaceful, but close enough to everything we wanted to do in the area. Quick golf trip

When we arrived we were greeted by mice droppings throughout the house. We (the boys) cleaned them up and the girls washed all the kitchen stuff. After the cleanup, all went well

I was glad to be out of the congestion of Moab and all the truck sounds. I appreciated the greenery of the golf course. The only issues were that our carbon monoxide monitor went off two days in a row. The maintenance man finally took it with him. And we discovered ants coming out of the floor near the kitchen. They promptly brought us some ant traps as I did not want any spraying while we were there. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds. Wi-Fi speed could be improved and some dirty dishes left in cabinets from previous guests. But the positives definitely outweighed any negatives which weren’t a big deal.
