Great weekend trip - We will be back!

Great spot right on the water. Pulled the boat up to the dock in the backyard and kids played had a wonderful time. The neighbors were friendly as well and helpful. Easy communication with property manager. We will be back what a great time.!!

Living it up on Lake Livingston!

We've been doing a weekend friends trip for 17 years and this is by far the nicest house we've ever had! The house is gorgeous and very well furnished, with tons of space for a big group to hang. The open kitchen, huge living room, and long dining table are perfect for the whole group. The screened porch with two oscillating fans was so pleasant, and the two level boat/party deck is fantastic for hanging by the water! We didn't even use the cool party garage out back but wish we had! I would absolutely recommend this house and will probably rent it again for my family and again next year for our group. Fantastic place!

fantastic house

the place was as better than advertised. we were there to golf the whole weekend and ended up having a thunderstorm rush through on our first night. the house was spacious with a large screened porch and very comfortable furnishing throughout. we didn't utilize 20% of what the house had to offer yet we would go back in a heartbeat. there were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room. no complaints whatsoever next time maybe golf less and try out the kayaks???

We had a wonderful weekend visit with our family friends. We had plenty of space for all 15 of us. The children loved the kayaks and rope swing off the dock. The adults loved the shade, rocking chairs and hammocks. We felt we had the entire lake to ourselves. It was so quiet and beautiful. Inside decor was super cute and fun. We had everything needed in the well kept kitchen. Plenty of beach towels provided so we didn’t have to use our own. Loved the screened in porch and fire pit area in the evenings. We had a few questions when we arrived but they were quickly resolved by the owner. We would stay here again.

We stayed here in a vacation with friends and family. It was perfect for a large group. We swam, kayaked, fished, and thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out by the lake. We had great wings from a local place in town. This was by far our favorite framily vacation!
