Cottage "3rd Lake" is our take on a romantic cabin for two, offering the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This spacious, open-concept retreat features cathedral ceilings and stunning pine throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The queen-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep, while the kitchen/dining/living room combo provides a cozy space for you to unwind.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave), a drip coffee pot, and a toaster. You'll have everything you need to prepare delightful meals together. Adirondack-style decor and a cast-iron gas fireplace complete the look, adding to the cabin's charm and comfort. For added comfort, the cottage is also equipped with ceiling fans, A/C, Heat, smart TV and excellent WiFi. Your stay will be as comfortable as it is picturesque.

Outside, the ambiance continues with a charcoal grill, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack-style chairs, and a picnic table—perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings and lake views. In addition to complementary kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards, our registered guests can also enjoy on-site boat rentals. We have a 20-foot pontoon boat and a 16-foot bayliner available for rent. Full-day and half-day boat rentals are offered. Please inquire for pricing and details.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lower heat to 62 degrees on the split unit (Only for stays during cold months). Turn off fireplace.

No lifeguard on duty. Swim safety form must be signed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. NO DIVING!
Kayaks, SUP, Canoes are for Registered guests ONLY. Life vests must be worn. ALWAYS put all equipment away after use in the designated area.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Waiver for kayaks, SUP and canoes must be signed prior to arrival. Pet addendum must be signed.

Absolutely Exquisite!

Superb construction overall! Gorgeous decks to enjoy early morning coffee or lovely romantic dinners in the serene setting overlooking the water, cabins that are private and lovingly decorated and supplied with all the amenities you would need & more! The Hosts are very friendly, approachable & most accommodating. Loved!!

Beautiful location

Great place to find. Love the newness of the cabin. So cute and location is wonderful. So close to Old Forge but just far enough away so not in the middle of busy town. The lake access was key. Love being on the lake and the different decks available for sitting areas. And to be able to bring our 2 Shih-Tzu’s was the best. We will be back. Didn’t realize we were getting the open floor plan studio. Next time will go for the 1 bedroom. Five stars in our book.
