Great, clean and comfortable stay and conveniently located near Costco, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, gyms, and quite a few food options. Good hosts and the property details reflected the house accurately.

Great place to stay near Reno and Tahoe!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. There kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table, as well as the huge oversized hot tub! The bedrooms were all comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place to enjoy Reno and Tahoe, would definitely recommend!

Great house in Sparks

This place was very nice. The hot tub is massive - you can easily fit 10 people in it. There’s not a lot of kitchen utensils but otherwise it’s pretty well set up for a big group

Property was very nice and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending this place to friends and family. Only thing needing improvement is the jacuzzi was in need of cleaning. It had a weird film to it and the water did not smell good, but this was minor compared to how much this place had to offer.

Great Family Vacay Home -Quiet Neighborhood

Nine of us gathered for a Thanksgiving get-together. Enough bedrooms and beds to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed the pool table, pong-pong and Jacuzzi. The home was an easy 18 mins to all the Reno activities we wanted to do. Cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner in a nicely renovated kitchen. We highly recommend this property. The hosts were easy to reach and communicated well.

Fun and Games in Sparks

We are taking a family vacation once a year since covid ended. We were so affected by isolation and social distancing. Reno/Sparks is where three families live and the rest of us stayed in this VRBO home. It was lovely and spacious. We had a few repairs/supplies needed and the host(s) were gracious and timely in their responses.

Jacuzzi appeared dirty so we did not use it. There were several messes on the property. We were PROMISED a cleanup crew would come by, today, then tomorrow, then NEVER! They never did. It was the dirtiest place I have ever rented. Only 1 cue stick had a tip on it and it was VERY warped. The other 3 or 4 were ALL BROKEN! So I could not enjoy the pool table. Dirty dishes left out and a dirty floor was unswept. STAINED COUCH THAT I CLEANED. PREVIOUS LAUNDRY WAS LEFT OUT .

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the experience you had. We made every effort to have our team attend promptly, and the tub was clean at the time of your stay. The other issues you mentioned have now been resolved and that the future guest doesn't have to worry about it.
