Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m so glad to hear you found the cottage clean and enjoyed your stay. I did want to share that this is my personal beach cottage, and I take great pride in keeping it updated and well maintained. I am not an absentee owner. I personally come into town every couple of months to check on the property and make improvements to ensure everything is in excellent condition for our guests. In fact, we completed extensive updates in November. The entire cottage was freshly painted, and we installed new screens, a new bed and dresser, updated rugs, a new shower, new appliances, a luggage rack, a rolling cart with a hidden trash bin, and all new décor. Nearly the entire cottage was refreshed, with the exception of the sofa. We are always striving to improve, so I would truly appreciate any additional detail on what you felt needed updating since I do not what else could be updated since all recently done. Thank you for your stay.

Great communication and super easy property to gain access to. We felt very secure here and also with parking our vehicle here. It was pretty quiet and no noise from the pool area. Quiet hours were very well observed by the other guests and owners who were there. The beach is even closer than the map and layout suggests. The beach chairs and umbrella were also super handy to have and kept us from having to spend extra money to rent each day. Our only suggestion would be to mount the tv on a swivel bracket so you can see it better from the bed AND the couch area. You just can’t see it very well from the angles. It is still a 5 star stay though!!! We would definitely book it again if we were coming to Destin. A great property for the money spent :).

Ahhhhmazing!!

I can’t say enough positives about this place. From the booking process to the end of our stay, the owner was always quick to respond. Location, Location, Location!!! Steps to the beach! And short distance to grocery, gas, and leisure shopping. Everything you could possibly need is in the room! By far one of the best beach vacations yet and we have been on a lot! Thanks so much for letting us stay!!

Location location location

The place was the perfect location to walk to the beach without being on the beach. The pictures were exactly as the cottage and I would stay there again. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside when we weren't at the beach. The trip was decided at the last minute for my daughter and I and Tiffany responded quickly with precise instructions for access to the cottage. The only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty/sandy. I found the broom and swept it up and everything was OK.

Tiffany was one, if not the best host i’ve experienced. We had one small issue and she had it fixed and controlled within seconds. She’s quick to reply, friendly, and efficient. The place itself was clean and beautiful to stay in. I loved how close it is to the beach and it was walking distance to many other things. I totally recommend staying here and I personally would again myself!
