This property was perfect for our trip. The host responded quickly and had all our last minute questions answered. We all enjoyed our stay at the beautiful location and loved being in walking distance of Sandos coffee and steps from the beach!! We would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Pro: Love the location and number of beds. House was decorated beautifully and was very beachy. It is a beautiful house. Very clean. Nice family location. Close to Kenny Ds, basketball and volleyball, beach and chairs to rent, shared pool, coffee shop and tiki bar. Close to groceries and restaurants.Con: There was a list of unaddressed issues by the previous tenant in the book. The are many exterior door handles that don’t work, window handles missing and could not operate, inoperable toilet and shower, very few pans and containers, no hot pads, missing shelves in fridge, etc. if you can look past these minor inconveniences, which we did, then the price you pay is for the location and beds. We had a great week.

BECH VIEW WAS OBSTRUCTED, BUT A 2MINUTE, WALK. GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION, WALK TO CAPT DAVES RESTRAUNT, NEIGHBORHOOD IS AWESOME. GREAT WALKING/ RUNNING PATH. SHOPS & EATING IN WALKING DISTANCE.

Our family vacation was an experience we will cherish forever. The home was spacious and very accommodating to our needs. The property manager was very responsive and attentive. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. It was clean and the beds were all comfortable. Loved how close of a walk to the beach. The only complaint we would have is that the oven didn't work. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Family trip

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Our first family trip with our family from Michigan. We had 1infant, 7 kids, and 5 adults. It was very spacious and clean! There were items for the beach available so we did not have to purchase any. Cleaning supplies were there to help with the mess from the sand and kids. Distance to the beach, pool, volleyball court was within walking distance. This was an added plus given the amount of kids!

The beach house from hell. We booked this place for our sister’s 40th birthday. We arrived right before check-in time, and noticed the inspection lady pulling up after us. Once she was done, we entered the house and noticed that it was extremely hot, so we checked the thermostat which was set to 76 degrees. We found this odd since the instructions were to set the house at 72 at checkout. The trash was never taken out by previous tenants and apparently missed by inspections, which contributed to the amount of flies in the house. The house continued to heat up into the mid 80s at which pointed we contacted the manager and were told someone would come check it out. The maintenance guy did not arrive till the next evening because he was waiting on the approval of 2 small portable ac units. A house that sleeps 16 across multiple floors and rooms to only have 2 Units is unacceptable. We were not able to utilize the kitchen or laundry due to the added heat. Some of our family left early because it was unbearable with a heat advisory in effect. The house was dirty & unkempt. Stair tread was broken and hazardous. Clumps of hair were found on the floor throughout the house. Fridge was not cooling properly with missing shelves. Linens were either still dirty or stained. The sink emitted a putrid smell that never went away. We were hoping for a memorable trip to celebrate with family. Unfortunately, this one will be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

Family vacaton

We had a great stay. The only thing was the garbage disposal had a horrible smell. They came in and tried to fix it but the next day was the same. I just put dawn dishwashing liquid down the drain each morning and it was fine. It was a little walk to the beach, we we were like two houses from the pool. Other than the multiple trips up the stairs everyday it was a pleasant experience.

Senior Trip

This place was perfect for our group. It was a good location and proximaty to the beach. The Moms enjoyed walking to Camille’s, a local coffee shop each morning (1.5 miles away). There was enough room for all of us 8 seniors and 7 Moms. Beds and couches were comfortable. My only complaint (but not really a complaint-more just something to be aware of) is the kitchen is only big enough for just a couple people to be in while cooking. If you opened the fridge or oven, those in the kitchen had to maneuver around it. The dining area however, was large so it was easy to work around and the big dining table was awesome! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

We had gust of wind that came and took the door from my hands and it banged against the outside wall, cracking the door and they seemed to be understanding of this although I never heard from them. I do think that the door should swing inside ad out side doors are suppose to.
