This property not only boasts the 2 bed 1 bath fully furnished home but also has an amazing greenhouse hangout in the back yard. Sitting outside in the backyard or greenhouse, in the evenings, is a family favorite. Attached to this fenced in property is also an open lot great for playing fetch with your dog or catch with the kids. Why they chose this property
We chose this property because it is exactly what my husband and I want to retire to. It will be the perfect tiny home for any of our children who go to college locally as well. We bought this and decided to share its many great qualities with anyone coming to the area for an extended stay, until we are ready to move into it.
What makes this property unique
This property has direct access to a popular walking trail. It has great, quiet neighbors who keep an eye out on the property and the area, which helps maintain the safety of the neighborhood. This property also has a ring security system for added security. All inside doors and windows have sensors that will sound alarm if opened when alarm is set. All cameras are located outdoors and used for when the property is vacant.
