Great spot, Doug was very accessible and available, place is clean and it’s a wonderful building. Parking is a little tricky but follow the instructions and you’re good to go. Would stay again.

Nice Studio Great location

Clean and nice decor. Good bathroom and kitchen Mattress will likely be replaced as soft. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Walk to Wrigley Field and Lincoln Park Zoo! Easy and safe transit ride to downtown Doug was great to deal with. We will recommend to friends and family!!

Cute, comfortable apartment in great neighborhood

Host was great - friendly and communicative. Apartment is well stocked, nicely and thoughtfully decorated. This is not a generic, stark rental. It’s a studio but with adult son on pull out couch and me on bed, we were fine. Big kitchen with everything we needed and nice bathroom with great Bath products. Love the neighborhood - we walked to the L and Clark St bus stop just a block away. Trader Joe’s just down the block. I would definitely stay here again as it is nicely priced too.

Great location — close to places to eat, groceries, the lake and more. Worked out well for an extended stay and we coped with a snow storm. Parking is a challenge but we made it work. Public transport is also easy from there. Cozy for two people and dog welcoming — huge plus for us. Doug made sure we had what we needed.

My pet and I needed a place to stay for a few days while some work was done on my place. I booked this property and then work delay after work delay. So many date changes and the host was beyond accommodating. I worked from there for a few days. No issues with WiFi and the building and street were quiet. Clean and cozy and close to Trader Joe’s and so many restaurants. The kitchen is a nice size and well stocked. I was very comfortable working and living there for a few days.
