The place was very clean and up to date, the front door was a little sus looking but once you walked in it was gorg! Great place good location.

Amazing stay!

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend 2023 with some friends and absolutely loved it. Amazing location & very clean. It was exactly what we were looking for in a condo.

We had a great time here! Lovely condo and wonderful check in/out process…bonus points because it was unexpectedly available at 1:30 on check in day! Parking lot was spacious. Beach access was convenient. Absolutely loved the back corner unit! Of all the years we’ve come to OC, we’ve only ever stayed strictly beachfront. It was a nice change of pace to have ocean view and not be cooked by morning sun while enjoying our coffee on the patio! And we also enjoyed the sunsets over the bay! My only suggestions would be to perhaps update pots/pans in the kitchen. The only pan big enough to fry bacon was quite damaged/rusted. Thank you!

Awesome Vacation Stay

We were in OC for my sons wedding. The condo was perfect! Close to the venue, spacious, and comfortable. I had adult family members staying with me and three children. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. I highly recommend!

“Holiday House”

We had a great time! This condo is perfect! It’s very well stocked with everything you need. The unit was spotless upon arrival. The balcony has beautiful views of the bay and ocean with very comfortable deck furniture. The walk to the beach is a few minutes and all of our Favorite OCMD restaurants were close by. We definitely will stay here again!

Walk to the beach

We were two families of fours sharing the place for a 3 days vacation and it turned out to be great. The location is very nice with views to the ocean and the bay! Take the steps or the elevator before a short (maybe 100 yards) steps to the ocean. The condo is renovated and if you order the linen and towels option, you will have all that you need. So no need to bring along anything with you. Maybe a hairdryer but that’s it! Loved it!!
