Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve the Studio.
We are located on the hill above Waimea Valley & Bay.
You will need a car to traverse steep & winding Hill.

Great garden bungalow on Sunset Hills

Stay on the North Shore (Oahu)

Great experience! The property was better than I expected, located on a hill top with sweeping views of the Pupukea coastline as you drove down the hill. The studio I rented was very clean, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will certainly recommend this property to friends, and I hope to return there myself someday. Many thanks to my hosts Kathleen, and daughter Alish!

Beautiful and Calm

This rental was convenient, beautiful, quant, and a great experience. The communication from the landlord on directions, things to do, etc. was on point. The rental was cozy and efficient. It was nestled in a beautiful area up a scenic road only about 5 minutes from the beach. I gave it 4 stars because I did think it was walking distance from the beach which is NOT true. You have to drive down a steep road to get to the beach and really cannot walk it as it has no extra room on the sides. I also would have liked a few more amenities like a hair dryer, some little shampoos, etc. But when I texted the landlord about the outside light beaming into my bedroom in the night, it was quickly turned off. Great experience!!!

Great people, with some micro managing issues

Some of the nicest people we had the pleasure of staying with. However, there was some faults. I will commend the owners of the property on their promptness to fix their errors when they put on ripped sheets, or not having the property ready upon arrival. The only feedback I would say is for the insanely high prices that one has to pay to rent a VRBO, please do not micro manage our stay and walk into the property and turn off the AC and leave the windows open. We were greeted with insects all through our apartment - flys, mosquitos, ants, and even a couple of geckos. This left a sour taste in my Mouth as I would have not experienced this with a hotel, and I would have rather spend a couple of extra dollars a night to come in from a long day to no insects, reptiles, or humidity in my room
