Is any additional fee? The Victorian Condominiums charges a $40 facility access fee at the time of registration for 1-7 days or $80 for 8-30 days. This fee is per group in the reservation, it is not per person. The Facilities Access Fee allows access to all amenities in the property to the guests and parking spaces for 2 vehicles.
