Nice house in a great location. Quiet neighborhood but a short walk to all the action in Ballard. Payton couldn't have been easier to work with. Very happy we picked this house for our weekend in Seattle.

Overall it was a great stay - the condo was lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great - walking distance to so many things, we didn't park in the gararge, but found street parking quite easy.

We loved our week long stay here while husband did shipyard across the street. Very comfortable. We were within walking distance of everything we needed, but did use the convenient garage parking as well. Payton was great to work with and always available to us. We hope to stay again in the future.

This property was super cute, very comfy, and really close to the venue of the wedding we were attending in Ballard. The hosts were wonderful, and the amenities were very thoughtful. The hosts thought of everything a family might need right down to the fresh creamer for coffee! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The location can't be beat. Easy walk to the Ballard historic shopping and dining district, the Locks, the museum and other fun sites. Also, quick walk to the local supermarket. The rental is fully equipped. The host is very responsive. It's really a wonderful place. I've stayed there twice and would happily stay there again.
