It's heat-able with an extra charge for propane, swimming pool, chaise loungers, and charcoal grill. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. On 2nd floor: Master BR King has a private balcony for coffee and sunrise or cocktails at sunset. The other two bedrooms are a King and a Queen which share the hall bathroom. The 3rd floor loft has a Queen bed and 2 twins, which will also share the 2nd floor hall bathroom. In addition, the home is approx. 50 yds from the beach- making beach access quick. (Nice, clean/family beach.) Walk 2-3 blocks North and you are at the front beach restaurant area! If you are looking to fish, you may fish from Breech Inlet Bridge (4 blocks away) or our Dock which is nearby. There's a long fishing pier at Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park- but here is a small fee to fish there. Put your boat/jet skis in at the Isle of Palms Marina- 5 minutes away. While at Marina pop into Islander 71 Fish House & Deck Bar and enjoy the beautiful water views. Two world class golf courses can be found a few miles away at Wild Dunes Resort.
