Satisfactory

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Satisfactory. We’ve stayed in this home before. Really needs more and better quality pillows, kitchen drawers were not clean, bbq was not clean, upstairs shower didn’t drain, garage door broken. In general needs updating and cleaning.

“Thank you for returning to stay with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry this visit didn’t live up to your previous experience with the home. The cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and BBQ, the slow-draining shower, and the garage door are all concerns that should have been addressed, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We’ll also share your comments regarding the pillows and the need for updates with the homeowner. We truly value our returning guests and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience on your next visit to Sunriver.” ❤️

This house is a great space for a larger group. Plenty of space for everyone, really good price point, and overall a nice stay. It had a large amount of essentials in the kitchen which was really nice to utilize. The property itself could use a little TLC and maybe a deep clean. The downstairs shower did have a leak that you could tell has been an issue for sometime, several pieces of furniture have seen better days, and a few visible nooks and crannies could use a good cleaning, drawers, around the washer and dryer, etc, where dust, hair, and debris were noticeable. I did send a message of broken or damaged items to the host and they were very quick to reply, advising they would address the maintenance needed with the property management.

Big DIRTY house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They are in need of new furniture in the main living room. The couches were ripped and worn. The house needs a serious cleaning. I had to wipe who knows what off the bathroom wall. All of the toilets had a bad smell to them. Very dusty house with quite a few just had a general overall dirty look. This house is in a great location for what our family enjoys. It is well equipped with bikes. We enjoyed the foosball table and the size of the house.
Response from VrboOwner on 3 October 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re glad you enjoyed the home’s location, spacious layout, bikes, and foosball table, we’re very sorry that the condition and cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations. The issues you described with the bathroom, toilets, dust, and overall cleanliness are certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we will be sharing your comments with our housekeeping team for follow-up. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the worn living room furniture and will pass those concerns along to the homeowner. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention, and we hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with the comfortable and welcoming Sunriver stay you should expect.

Clean home, perfect location. We all had our own space, enough room in the house. Perfect place!

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of bikes to use, sharc passes, game room. The layout of the home was perfect. There were 10 of us and we all felt there was plenty of room and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again!

Spacious and nice location

Spent five nights with nine family members. We had plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the trails. Would stay again. The only bummer was it rained instead of snowed.

The location of the house and the house itself was great. The house was not as clean or stocked with necessities as you would expect a rental to be. The kitchen floors were sticky and didn’t look like they had been swept or mopped in a while. There was only 1 garbage bag in the kitchen with no extras and about 1/4 roll of paper towels left on the roll on the counter. Some of the kitchen ware was still dirty (had bacon grease still in the baking sheet, some utensils needed to be rewashed before use). The fridge in garage never got cold. There were dirty socks, water bottles and candy wrappers in one of the rooms. Overall the house worked well for our group, just wish there was more attention to detail with the day to day use and ease of things.

Great Location

The house is in a lovely location and has many usable bikes in the garage. The layout and furniture of the home is great. My only criticism is that the bedding (pillows, comforters) are thin and old and there are no beach towels. Also the kitchen is very barren with few usable pots and pans.
