We were very happy with our stay. Condo is beautiful and clean. Quick and easy access to pools and the beach. Host was great and communicated quickly. We had a minor issue with the fridge not cooling and it was fixed right away. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great place! Loved the 1st floor location! Not a fan of the AC being locked at 72 degrees.

Regarding the A/C, the thermostat is set with a 72°F minimum per the owner’s instructions and our management agreement. That said, we certainly understand that comfort preferences vary, especially during warmer weather. Had you reached out to us during your stay, we would have been happy to make a special exception and lower the temperature for you. The condo was great. Everything you need to stay and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. It’s great to be on the ground floor and still being able to see and hear the ocean. The Esmeralda property is one of the best kept we’ve stayed in. They clean the pool and surrounding areas everyday. It’s spotless! We will be returning customers for sure!
