This studio is oceanfront with stunning views. The popular Magic Sands beach is right next door. Bar and restaurant downstairs and bike rentals across the street. Close to Kailua-Kona town and other popular beaches including the famous snorkel beach Kahalu'u.
This unit is on the second floor, plan on walking up a short flight of stairs as we do not have elevators.

The condo is in a perfect spot, right next to a popular restaurant and beach, and only a few mile from downtown Kona. The view and sounds of the ocean right out from the lanai are superb.

Great spot for convenience around Kailua, and the waves rocked us to sleep every night. We saw fish surfing in the waves which was pretty amazing. The condo is perfect for a couple looking to relax.

We had the best time staying in your sweet, sweet place. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we could have wished for. The sunsets on the lanai were spectacular as well as the constant ocean sounds and breeze. We highly recommend this cute condo.

Great Oceanfront Condo

We loved our stay. The studio was just right for 2 of us. Had breakfast on the lanai almost everyday and watched the yellow tangs we could see in the waves from the second floor! Great base for exploring the island. We especially liked the snorkeling at Kahalu’u Bay just a short drive away.

Great beach vibes!

Oceanfront location can’t be beat - 30 second walk to a great beach and restaurant. The condo was clean, modern and light. Batteries for the A/C remote were dead, but the owner showed up and fixed it within the hour - very responsive and friendly manager and owner. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very nice with gorgeous view.

Fit out needs as a place to stay. Owner is very responsive to any problem that occurred during our stay.Some of the units are undergoing remodeling so it’s a little noisy from about 8-4 during the day.It would be a perfect place to stay if it had an elevator. For us senior citizens!

Great Kahulu’u Studio

Totally loved this wonderful, ocean-front studio just walking minutes from Magic Beach. The location is very central on the Kona coast with amazing ocean views. The unit has recently been tastefully upgraded, has a nice coastal vibe, and a very comfortable lanai for morning coffee and evening pupus. Did I mention the ocean view? We hope to come back soon for another stay!

Fabulous place to stay

We’ve stayed in several units at Magic Sands and highly recommend this one. Very clean and updated. AC works great. View is spectacular. Even though waves were unusually high so we didn’t get to snorkel right outside this time, we loved watching whales, dolphins, and sunsets from the lanai. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to planning another trip as soon as we can.
