Entire 2 bed family home in Bridlington Old Town with a lovely year round garden

We have been informed that gas works are scheduled to take place on the street from 28/04/2025 to 09/05/2025. During this period, the road may be closed, which could but shouldn't restrict vehicular access to the house.
Pedestrian access will remain available at all times
Free parking is available at both the top and bottom of the road
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during these essential works. ***
Your family will be close to everything that Bridlington Old Town has to offer when you stay at this Old Town house. we are perfect for workers in the area too.
The house offers a stunning garden with two patio areas and all year round use due to artificial grass.
Located just a minutes walk from the Old Town with plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and history right on the door step.
A few minutes drive or 30 minutes walk is the beach and New Town with attractions for the whole family and plenty of eating, drinking and shopping choices.
Set in the Historic Old Town of Bridlington with numerous pubs, shops and restaurants. Enjoy the 12th century Bayle Museum leading to the Bridlington Priory, a stunning church.
Due to the location you can expect some noise from the nearby pubs.
There is some intermittent building work happening next door, but this should not impact your stay.
Whilst there is WiFi available, it is very slow due to the lack of service providers in the area, however 4g connections on most networks is good
