This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has a dream location – one block to St. Armand’s Circle and one mile to world famous Lido Beach. Our condo has an unobstructed view of Sarasota Bay. Watch dolphins, manatees and birds from your unit or stroll down our boardwalk to get a close-up view of Florida’s wildlife. There is a heated pool there if you feel like taking a swim. After the day’s activities, take the very short walk to St. Armand’s Circle where you will enjoy numerous world-class restaurants and boutiques.

It's a nice apartment in nice location fixtures and fittings are a bit dated. There was construction going on next door when I was there so very annoying during the day.
