Could have been better

First let me say the property is nice. The layout was perfect for what we needed. The location is close to pigeon forge, krogers a dollar tree and a family dollar. Really convenient. However this the part i hate to do. The internet didnt work the entire time we were there(4days), the hot tub didnt work the 1st couple days then someone came to fix it rather late... the jacuzzi in the master we couldnt use because the jets would cause water to go everywhere! The tv in the master was a roku...no internet no tv......the refrigerator leaked, the basement was freezing cold. We ended up spending time out of the cabin because the kids were bored.(more money spent) we did speak with someone who offered a small compensation but nothing close to what was spent.
