This large comfortable three level home means there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of the 4 bedrooms. Memory Maker offers one king suite with ensuite bathroom on the main level, a king suite with ensuite bathroom plus the bunk room and additional bathroom on the upper level and a king suite with connected bathroom on the lower level.

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. The large dining table provides space for your family to break bread together.

The cabin was great! It is exactly as stated in the description and pictures and is perfect for a big group! It was very easy to find. The queen sized bunk beds were a great added touch. I will say the bunk beds were a little creaky and the kitchen was very small if you are trying to cook for a large group. Overall I would recommend.

Amazing family getaway

Perfect home. Very clean with great views! Perfect for our group of 12. Very comfy and has all the amenities. The hot tub was perfect for our teenage daughters. We enjoyed the lol table and theater room, also! The hostess was always in contact and made sure we had a great stay!

We had a group of 15 stay at this cabin with plenty of room and plenty of fun to be had! Management is super responsive and helpful. Will stay again for sure!

From booking to staying, the entire process was easy. Really enjoyed the app available to facilitate each step of the process. Property is exactly as advertised. Super clean. We had everything we needed. It was perfect.

We had a family reunion. Issues such as stopped up toilet and leaking spa were resolved while we were there. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. The bunks were good for children but not adults. Every time someone turned over it was noisy because they are wood. If you are a light sleeper you might not sleep well.

Family Vacation

This property is exactly as listed. Our family of 10 stayed and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. We checked in later in the evening. We had 2 minor issues- ceiling fan in upstairs bunk room didn’t turn on and the AC on the main floor didn’t kick on. I notified property owner and issues were resolved promptly. We would definitely stay again!

Memories made at the Memory Maker

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip to Tennessee. We were a group of 12 ages (50-9 years old). Overall our experience was great and we had a blast. The rental is nice but could use some updates. Would I stay again, yes and only noting experience and suggestion below:The bedrooms were nice and clean, note not deep cleaned. The beds were comfortable. The third floor view was amazing. The bathrooms provided adequate towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, and starting toiletries. No hair dryer.In terms of privacy, the bottom floor bedroom provides the best in terms of noise/privacy. The cabin is built with little insulation. Planned quiet time is suggested to allow for sleep. The kitchen is small and kitchen supplies (pots, utensils, crockpot) are aged. The fridge was warm upon arrival and took until the next morning to chill. There is one fridge. We used a large cooler on 2nd floor back porch to keep drinks chilled and iced daily. Dining room table should be replaced.The hot tub is emptied after each rental. Upon arrival, the water was cold and breaker was blown. Once flipped, it worked great.The theater room was great and the kids loved it. A suggestion would be to add a Firestick or Roku for streaming at no cost to the owner. Don't forget the popcorn!We used the outdoor grill for burgers and found the element only heated the front. There is charcoal grill available as well.We went to the community pool. It is a small pool. Depth is only 5ft. We had the pool to ourselves which was nice and there are lounge chairs available.The development is very nice. Beware you are in TN and the roads are steep and winding. Definitely take a walk.. the views are gorgeous.We used Door Dash for pizza delivery and ordered thru Instacart at Publix for grocery delivery. I suggest both as it is very convenient. Most places will not deliver to addresses outside of 4-5 miles of the business. The management comp

The cabin was wonderful and accommodating. The downfall was that we lost internet sometime during the first night and they wasn't able to fix while we were there so we didn't have access to tv or the theater. They did bring a hotspot box for my nephew so he could do homework. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Responsive owner

We spent a week in Memory Maker with our family of 5 adults and 2 under age 2. The cabin was like the pictures, except you initially walk into galley kitchen and bump into the refrigerator. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The beds were comfy but very high off the floor. The floors were dirty and the back decks and chairs were filthy. There are no kitchen staples or condiments. We had a wonderful stay in the mountains. We would have liked larger pool, playground area and cheaper attractions. Other family stayed in cabins in complex with amazing views. All we could see were trees with no wildlife. The rental company was accommodating and impressive. We loved the notebook on the table with information.

Cabin was VERY clean and plenty of room for our family. Beds weren't the most comfortable,kitchen is little small and not a lot of privacy or views but for the cleanliness and location close to town made it worth it

Wonderful Family Time

We came with two of our adult kids and their spouses plus 7 grandkids. The cousins had a blast in the bunk room, game room, and around the huge dining table. There were tears from the littles when we had to leave. Such wonderful memories were made this week! Very clean, large, comfortable, and very posh for a cabin!
