It was adequate for what we needed for our stay. We were unable to use the pool as it was way too cold even though most days got up to 80. Would have been better if the pool were heated. But overall it was enjoyable.

Stephanie is an excellent host. We had a pump go out on the pool and she got it fixed right away. The house is nice and the pool is clean. It was very good for us coming from Kansas to rent this near our kids in Florida. I recommend this property for anyone with kids or grandkids.

The house itself was very nice with a beautiful interior that was clean, comfortable, and well put together. We really enjoyed the space inside. That said, the exterior could use some attention — the yard maintenance wasn’t up to the same standard as the interior, and the pool area needed cleaning. With a bit more care outside, this would be an excellent stay overall.

Loved staying here. The pool definitely made it worth it. The only complaint I have is the neighborhood. It's a little noisy and trashy. But loved the actual home.

Overall, communication with the owner was excellent; they were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which we appreciated.However, the condition of the outdoor space was disappointing and did not match the listing photos. The pool area was not well maintained, with cleanliness issues. The surrounding outdoor area appeared neglected, including overgrown grass and general upkeep concerns. We also noticed that the hose was not functional, which made it difficult to address some of the cleanliness issues ourselves.Additionally, there were maintenance concerns inside the home, including broken doors on the washer and dryer.The property is located in a neighborhood that did not feel as comfortable as expected.Overall, while the host was helpful, the condition of the property, especially the outdoor space, did not meet expectations based on the listing.

Family Gathering

We were in town to celebrate my son’s wedding. This was a wonderful place to stay. Excellent communication with property owner. Check-in was smooth and easy. House was clean and well stocked. Great location to many restaurants, stores, and a quick drive to Clearwater. Dogs enjoyed the house too. Additional bonus was the nice pool!

AMAZING POOL!!!

Great for a small family of 4, but might be a little cramped if you add more. Just my opinion. Stephanie was a fantastic host and was prompt to respond. My favorite addition to the property was the flat top grill. Would definitely stay again!

House ok, neighborhood not the greatest.

The house itself was clean, but when my daughter visited, we found lots of ants in the guest bedroom beds. The Master bedroom had very itchy sheets. Needed Heat a few mornings, and description said there was heat. However, when we contacted the Host, we were told no heat. The property is located one block off of HWY 54 and has a trashy house right next door of which the owners let their dog run loose and it poops in the driveway and yard. Decided to leave a day early and we were refunded the amount for the day.

I grew up familiar with New Port Richey, FL. It is a safe and family centered city with great weather. There are some attractions near but also further out making it a great for a retreat.

What makes this property unique

My favorite part of the house is the patio with the pool view. It is very peaceful to sit there and enjoy your coffee or read a book. But it is also a great place for entertainment and relaxing after enjoying the pool.
