The location is perfect for an easy walk to the beach and a not too distant boardwalk.If you have dogs, there’s not room for them to go in any type of yard.The room situation is odd. There’s barn sliding door that has gaps where a door used to be on the main bedroom. There’s a room in between the other back bedroom and a second bathroom. If you’re looking for privacy, probably not the house for you. The floors were also uneven and wavy.The kitchen is awesome with the most space to sit, eat, and play games. The decks on both front and back of the house were great hangout spots too.

Upon entering, there was a strong smell of mold that was very off-putting; the bathrooms had a lot of mold in the shower, so we had to clean and disinfect them ourselves. Its also mold behind the small bed uder the windos. Unfortunately, we encountered cockroaches after dark. We had to take out the entire cutlery tray and clean it because it contained crumbs and hair; to be safe, we even had to wash the comforters on the first day because the one on the small bed had suspicious stains. It is the first time we have encountered a rental that didn't provide enough cleaning supplies or toilet paper. The upside is that they allow pets and it's steps close to the beach.

House was very clean. All towels were plastic wrapped on arrival. The kitchen had very nice appliances to include microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, and espresso machine. There was an abundance of dishes and utensils. Nice washer & dryer also. Very convenient to the beach.

Pros: close to beach, close to boardwalk, clean for the most part, good AC, lots of TV’s, fast wifi, washer and dryer, kitchen was NICE! Beds were very comfortable. Cons: needs curtains in the bedrooms (too bright in the morning), the shower floor was gross (mold), low water pressure in showers, one bedroom is more of a hall with no privacy. Construction next door was so loud at 6:30 am every day except Sunday, no yard or grass to take a pet out to use, floors felt like you would fall through in a few places. ANTS, I left a soda on the dresser and went and showered and came back to a line of ants, noticed them wandering all over the house. Not a bad little house, would have been worth the money with a few fixes.

Very clean with well stocked kitchen. Great location close to beach and restaurants. Linens were sadly lacking, scratchy sheets and thin towels. Street and construction noise was very annoying. Overall, we still had an awesome vacation.
