Welcome to Surfrider Unit E!

This ocean block, pet friendly 3-bedroom 2 bath condo is located above Woody's. There is enough parking for 2 cars at the building. This unit will have everything you need. Park your car and walk everywhere or take the Jolly Trolly into Rehoboth. First floor offers the kitchen and living area with a balcony off the front, guest room with 2 twin beds and a shared full bath. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms with a shared full bath. The back bedroom has 3 full beds, and the front bedroom has a queen bed and access to the balcony. Unit is also stocked with some beach chairs and an umbrella. Building offers an outdoor shower.

Linens, towels and paper products are not supplied. Please bring your own or rent them from one of the linen companies in the area.

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a non-refundable deposit of $300 if bringing a pet.

OK Propterty

Cute unit and great location. Disappointed by cleanliness- the floors were filthy, there was trash and food from whoever was there last, there was dog hair on everything, and the couches and couch covers were stained and crusted. We took the time to clean, wipe, and sweep, so a little frustrating to have to pay a cleaning fee in addition. So much potential, just wish it had been more comfortable for our group.

Can’t beat the location

Love the ability to walk a block to the beach (without crossing the highway), and observe the chaotic nightlife below from a private balcony. The property is no-frills, which was perfect since we spent most of our time at the beach. Host is very responsive and checkin/out was very easy.

The vacation all in all was great. The place was not that clean as in the floors. Everyone’s feet ended up dirty when walking barefoot. The kitchen accessories such as dishes, utensils, cups, coffee pot need to be seriously upgraded as it was for for like a college group not s family. Th

Dirty and Dated

Dirty old beds, yellow stained pillows, mold on shower curtains, old dirty couch covers. All over dirt, dust, hair, and dog hair which made the entire unit feel unclean. Pros: location, 2 parking spots, and effective communication with property management.

We enjoyed the property very much! Feedback: kitchen is in need of ice cube trays, spatulas and additional water/tumbler glasses. Rooms: closets & hanging rack needs hangars. Each bedroom should have a tiny wastebasket. Please make mention of the bright skylight in upstairs bedroom. There is NO way to minimize early hour brightness. Thank you! We had a great vacation.
