Cant beat the location and the parking. Our family had so much fun walking to the beach and the bay. Never really had drive to leave unless we wanted to. Would stay again

I was very pleased with the location as well as the house. Everything was clean and updated. I suggest you read the contract well as there is nothing provided. There isn't soap, or toilet paper or any cleaning supplies. Please read the whole contract! I would also suggest the Linens package, as they will provide sheets and pillow cases but will not make the bed. I would be interested in booking again in the same place.

Renters Beware!

Although the location was great, this unit has issues. Some of the lights did not work, many lamps were missing light bulbs, kitchen cabinets were missing knobs, and the upstairs shower leaked. Disappointed that Long & Foster had to be nagged repeatedly about the plumbing issue (which was never fixed). We are supposed to receive a $200 credit. Not enough, in my opinion and low confidence that a check will arrive without more nagging.

Loved the property and location. Very nicely decorated. The only thing I found was the floors were not very clean. They didn't look dirty but when I went to wipe something they were very dirty and if you went without shoes the bottom of your feet were black. Otherwise everything was great. This would not stop me from staying there again though.

Property needed a lot of attention. Dirty carpet,dirty pots and pans. Small bedrooms and very small bathroom. Not suitable for 6 people. One lamp in bedrooms, none for reading in bed. Property hold use some loving care !!!!

Beautiful

This was a beautiful, clean, updated property. I would defiantly stay there again. My only problem was I had a difficult time reaching the property manager with a few questions and then I called the main office and left voicemails but never heard back. Overall great property for a small group.

Well appointed condo

Condo was well appointed and as described in the listing. Property was relatively spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. My only minor complaint would be that there were no mirrors in the bedrooms. Additional mirrors would allow more than one guest to get ready at the same time. Overall a pleasant stay and we would rent this property again.

Weekend at Baystrand III

this place was perfect size for us and had most everything we could ask for! There were dirty towels left in the upstairs bathroom and no toilet paper. A quick run to the store was needed and a quick load of laundry and we were set! Kyle and team at Long & Foster were fantastic!! Will be back!!
