Natural light and stylish coastal decor fill the interior, with separate living areas furnished for flexible home comfort. A ground-floor patio and main-floor deck each come equipped with a gas grill for summertime cookouts. The lower living room features a smart TV, sofa, and walk-out access to the patio. An extra-large sectional and smart TV set the stage for family movie nights in the main living area. The stainless steel kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home cooking, including all the major appliances and a convenient island prep station. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
