The View at the Bradenton Beach Club offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beaches from the living room, primary suite or private screened balcony. The condo is part of the Bradenton Beach Club that provides the very best in vacation accommodations. Amenities at the BBC include two swimming pools (one directly on the beach) and private beach access. All you will need is your suitcase! This beachfront condo has everything you will want and more. This 3 bedroom/2 bath spacious condo is the top floor, end unit which provides lots of natural light, with top finishes in detailing, cabinetry, flooring, and special dramatic lighting effects in the glass cabinetry and trey ceilings. The owners spared no expense to provide honeycomb sliding shades over the glass doors and plantation shutters on the windows, insulating the unit from the beach sun while giving the guests privacy in the evening hours. The centralized kitchen is enhanced with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a full-course meal or quick snack. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV and sliding doors that open up to the screened balcony. The first guest room features a queen-size bed, flat screen TV while the other guest room features two twin beds and flat screen TV. This unit also features a separate laundry room centrally located in the unit that has a full-size washer and dryer. This unit also comes with beach equipment and WiFi throughout the home for use during your stay.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply.
