This is not a shared space. Guests will have access to the main house and the pool house. The additional home on the property is unoccupied and also unavailable to use/rent.

Other things to note:

- The pool is not heated and the spa is currently out of order.

- The pool gets serviced every Wednesday and is unavailable for 8 hours after it's serviced. please keep that in mind if your booking includes this day. A nearby lakefront park has a small beach area, a splash pad, boat/ jet ski rentals, and a restaurant that would serve as a great alternative while the pool is unavailable.

- Leaving doors and windows open invites bugs and critters into the home. This is a rural/suburban area with nearby bodies of water so we advise keeping the doors and windows closed as much as possible to reduce the possibility of the outside getting in.

The house and property are gorgeous. My family and I rented for my daughter’s wedding and it was the perfect location and accommodations. We will be coming back!

Vacation stay

It was nice having the extra space and not having neighbors right next to you. The hot tub wasn’t working, unfortunately. The pool house home theatre room was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again. Great choice for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone.
