WiFi. Pretty outside garden to sit or walk around. Glass door with blockout curtains, We are pet friendly but since place is small only 2 small furr babies please, contact host for exception to this rule. $50 pet fee charge per pet per stay. Larger pet fee may be required for bigger breeds.

This studio has all your needs for simple living; bathroom, shower, couch, bed, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, peaceful quiet location, outside sitting area under roof. A short walk to our lakefront or downtown where you can find restaurants, bars, night life, shopping, swimming.
What makes this property unique
Hospital or Er care centers within 2 miles. There is a town pool within 2 miles. It has olympic size pool and diving board. $3 daily fee.
