Cozy 2/1 Close to Theme Parks!

Enjoy this modern, peaceful home nestled in a safe neighborhood in a great location. Located 25 miles to Walt Disney World, 13 miles to Gatorland, 20 miles from SeaWorld's Discovery Cove, 23 miles to Universal Studios, 18 miles to the Florida Mall, and 19 miles to Orlando International Airport, just to name a few. Locally, it is walking distance to a man made beach and marina.

House is a duplex - 2 bedroom, 1 bath . You have your own private driveway with two spaces, no shared spaces. Sorry we do not allow pets, or parties. There is a smart AC, and smart lock, there are also two smart TVs - we do not have cable TV, you will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc. Free washer and dryer in unit.

Adorable stay in St. Cloud

Booked for the weekend when my sister and I were in town for a wedding. Place was just as cute and comfortable as it appears in the photos. One of the bunk beds is a full/queen that easily accommodates adults. Place was clean and communication was quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved all the special little touches and that it was clean and very comfortable. Great use of space. Only con was that the top bunk beds were squeaky. Easy fix was to bring the mattress down to the ground. Other than that, everything was great. I totally see why they have repeat customers. We would totally rent again.

A Fine Stay in a Nice Area

We spent two weeks in St Cloud visiting family. This place is in a peaceful low traffic area and within a very easy walk to the lake. Starbucks is a quick drive with access to HWY192 within 6 blocks.Pros --Kitchen is adequately appointed and has a moderate selection of basics like a few spices, olive oil, cooking utensils, electric tea kettle, etc. -washer and dryer - good AirConditioner-nice bunk beds for kids-nice shower with plenty of hot water-good communication with accommodating owner- nice Google TVs-two parking spacesCons --occasional air traffic sounds but not low altitude -small patio space not quite developed for use
