Check-in was terrible. Smart lock not connected to WIFI and contact person not available. Could use some drapes on sliding doors as backs up to busy road. Otherwise place was as advertised and location was good.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the home to be as advertised and enjoyed the location. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced during check-in. A smooth arrival is very important to us, and we have addressed the smart lock connectivity and communication issue to help prevent this from happening again. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding window coverings for the sliding doors and will share that feedback with the homeowner. Thank you for staying with us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve the experience for future guests.
