Excellent Ski-in and Ski-out (via shuttle) location!
Lovely location where you can ski to within steps of your door! The ski-out via the shuttle to the mountain base is a very short walk to the "free ride" shuttle stop. The condo was well equipped, and the bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space. One oddity was that the master bedroom and the above loft space had a ceiling open corrider between them thus having limited privacy. Enjoyed our stay and the convenience!

Breck Stay
Location was good and within walking distance of Main street. Our view was nice. I cooked more than expected on this vacation and kitchen lacked regular essentials like a can opener but there was 5 wine openers. lol. Chairs outside on patio would have been nice or an area for guest to enjoy a fire outdoors. Lastly, carpet was a little dirty. Overall would stay again.

Poor condition
This property desperately needs updated. The wallpaper was peeling off and the shower handle shot straight out of the wall and then hit the back wall in a line like a hose. This was way too much money and the pictures are very deceiving. This is a very dark property.

Management called me on Saturday morning, after I had already been there a night and I was on the mountain about to hit the lifts, requesting that I remove one of the vehicles from the property. They said they should not have given me two passes (In which they admitted they made a mistake) then said I may receive a ticket if I didn’t move the car. This burden should not have been put on me because of THEIR mistake. I would not use that management company again.
Thanks
The condo was walking distance to the gondolas that took you up the mountain. Very clean and updated unit. We had 8 people in our party and were accommodated comfortably in the condo. It was a great stay. We did have two cars which was a huge problem for the property. They only allow one car to be parked on the property. The other vehicle had to be parked in a parking lot west of town (near the ice rink) or in a parking lot east of town (near the airport). There is no public overnight parking close to the unit. We were there only a couple of days and made it work. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
Very clean, close to town, spacious, could be updated
This property was as described. It was very clean upon check-in, was spacious, and had an excellent location for summer (can’t comment on skiing). We had good communication with the property management when needed, however, after receiving several emails about contactless check-in, when we arrived there was a line of people checking in, a person was checking us in -it was the opposite of contact-less, and the employee handed us the same pen she had been using with the 5 people she checked in before us-I don’t think so.
The property itself could use some updating. Don’t count on using the stove if you need to cook. It was barely functioning probably because it is 25 years old. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed and a crock pot. The decor is tired-dried grasses and feathers. Nothing I didn’t see from the photos but still dated. Furniture probably 20 years old. Beds could use new linens as well. The Holiday Inn we stayed in as we drove in had a luxurious bed in comparison. I knew all this going in-photos were accurate. One strange thing was the family photos in the condo-have stayed in many Vrbos never saw this before. Also a couple of chilly nights and couldn’t seem to get the condo warm enough-could be an issue in winter-saw other reviewers say the same-again need to update the baseboard heaters. My complaints are minor quibbles-we had a great time and most importantly condo was very clean. I would recommend this condo.
We really enjoyed this place overall. The stream running between the buildings was awesome! The condo was great for us - the two boys slept in the loft beds, the two girls had a bedroom with two beds, and my wife and I had the bedroom with the washer/dryer stack in it. The place was clean, and the kitchen had a nice amount of counter space. It worked well to do most of our own cooking there, although the stove was rather slow heating up. The check-in process worked fine. It felt a bit impersonal not talking to anyone upon arriving or leaving, but the instructions were clear. We know it is because of the carefulness of this time. The parking is tight, but you just can't be in a hurry. Parking is limited everywhere in this town, and who should be in a hurry on vacation, right? We highly recommend this property!
Great rental, everything was as described. Was a little cold but we think it might have been our inability to find the thermostat. The fireplace kept the place warm though. 4oclock run is right by the condo. Would stay again

Nice location at the end of the lower 4oclock run. Would have been nice if the run was actually open during our ski trip. Huge drawback was the lack of sleep due to horrible mattresses. Fix that and we would gladly return. Otherwise until that is done stay away from this one.
This property is in a convenient location and has lots of room for guests.

GREAT
Loved the floor plan! It worked great for our family. Great location. Family members skied right up to the elevator door of the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We did not eat out due to lines but had family style meals every evening.Perfect for us!

Condo itself was perfect for our group of kids (ski racers) and moms. Large, comfortable and quiet.
I would never again stay in breckenridge without being ski In and ski our. The parking at this condo is great.... only if you have 1 car. If you have two cars and lots of gear it’s a hassle. Also, traffic in breck was a mess. After skiing we needed to head to the parking lot about 3 miles away to get some things from our other vehicle. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes round trip to go about 6 miles total.
But, again, condo was nice, on site managers were super nice and helpful. The bus is right outside the door for transportation to the lifts.

Hi Jill - we are sorry to hear that you experienced a lot of traffic during your stay. This is pretty rare in Breckenridge, and I think the traffic resulted from fireworks and the snow sculptures. However with that said, let us help you book a ski-in/ski-out rental next time you visit Breckenridge, that has 2 parking spots - we can accomodate this for you for more convienence. And we will provide you a discount for future stays with us to compensate for the extra inconvenience. I hope this helps!

Location was great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
I believe that the condo overall was good. A few suggestions:
* TV's in the bedrooms would have been nice
* The unit was clean, but does need an overall top to bottom cleaning (especially the bathrooms)
* Several light bulbs in the unit were burned out
* Elevator broke down and made three flights of stairs to climb hard
Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would come back.

This was a great space for 10 people and perfect location! You can take the 4 o'clock green run and literally ski straight to the elevator. Wonderful! Dryer doesn't seem to dry anything, and there were only 2 rolls of TP - not nearly enough for 10 people for 3 days. Stove also seemed to be a bit faulty and liked to turn off randomly while cooking. GWL management was nice enough to bring us more towels when ours wouldn't dry so that was awesome! Overall it was a great weekend with friends!

Great property and great service!
Check-in was quick and efficient, everyone I talked to there and beforehand was very nice and accommodating. I'm pretty sure our dryer was broken (or just worn down from use) but it didn't dry anything at all, so when I called the Great Western Lodging number they had towels sent up for us, which was awesome. Stove top is a little faulty - liked to turn off sporadically while cooking. Could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper too! 2 rolls runs out pretty quickly with 10 people! Otherwise a great weekend spent here - perfect space for us and so close to everything. Thank you!

Great
We really enjoyed the condo at Sawmill. It was a great location to downtown Breckrendrige. It was very clean when we arrived and it really had everything we needed. There just a few suggestions I would recommend. The patio only had one chair and also I couldn't locate a cutting board. Our family really enjoyed this condo. Thank you

This condo was super convenient in location to EVERYTHING!! We enjoyed our stay, and was very comfortable. The only downfall was some of the furnishings were a little outdated, but they suited our needs.. We only had to report a few items that needed a little TLC (Dryer vent needs cleaned out or replaced, cabinets in the back bathroom needed fixed, and a new light bulb was needed over the shower, but other than those simple repairs, the Condo was great. Beds were super comfortable, and we had more than enough room for all in our group to move around and be comfortable. We look forward to our next visit to Breckenridge!!
