Newly renovated spacious 4BR home with pool & game room, 800m from the Beach

Spacious home which comfortably accommodates 10 guests! Enjoy our backyard oasis with solar heated pool and outdoor shower, just off of the Game Room with foosball, pool, and air hockey for the ‘kids.’ Bikes are provided for a quick ride to beautiful beaches for sunrise, or the Melbourne Beach Pier for sunsets. All beach chairs, toys, towels and beach carts are provided for your convenience. 70 miles from Disney World or less than an hour drive to Cape Canaveral for quick day trip ideas! NEWLY RENOVATED IN Fall 2024! Kitchen, Florida Room w/ Bar, and all exterior hardscaping completed in December 2024.

Property Details: All 4 bedrooms are located on the south side of the house along with the guest bathroom. The main living room and dining area (with coffee bar) are in the center of the house with large sliding doors to the enclosed Florida room (which includes a bar, football, air hockey and mini pool table). The open concept kitchen is brand new as of December 2024, and has a service door directly to the bar in the Florida room. There is a second living area with a sofa bed and games/DVDs, and office area for working remotely (with a sliding door for privacy from the kitchen). The powder room is connected to the laundry room.

Outside we have a solar-heated saltwater pool in a fully fenced in yard, that also includes a double sized outdoor shower. We provide a Traeger wood pellet smoker grill (please only use if you are familiar with wood pellet smokers). In the garage, there are 10 bikes, beach chairs/umbrella/wagon/toys/boogie boards.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put pool toys in storage box at side of house; Lower all umbrellas & secure; Return game pieces to cabinet in game room; Put away beach chairs/ toys in garage as they were found & bikes back on hooks.
Put cushions from front patio furniture into entry closet; Sign out of streaming services; Load dishwasher & run it;
Close & lock all exterior doors (master bath, flamingo bath, garage side door, game room sliders); Set security system to “Arm, Away” then Lock front door using your code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests 18 yrs+ must provide photo identification at least 48 hrs prior to check in or your stay will be cancelled with no refund
No guest shall create excessive noise clearly audible in any other home when that home has doors/windows shut. Citations will be charged to guests.
Vehicles (max 4) must be parked in the driveway, street parking is prohibited. License plate numbers for vehicles must be shared by start of your stay

Absolutely fantastic property. The owners thought of everything. Open concept, great views to the patio and pool. Beautiful neighborhood and so close to the beach. Absolutely amazing stay ! The house was clean and the space was great. Great time playing pool and catching the rays outside ! Very quiet part of Melbourne and a nice walk away from small shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and enough beach chairs and other beach needs !

We were visiting the Melbourne area for a wedding and are happy to have found this house. We had an amazing time! Everything from the booking/check-in process to check out was fantastic! The house was better than expected, extremely clean, and comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining our family who stopped by to visit. The game room and pool kept everyone off their phones and interacting with each other. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Our one puppy who has an over abundant amount of energy actually wore himself out from jumping in the pool with the kids, so the evenings were very relaxing! The hosts are quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend a stay in this beautiful beach house!

Exceptional! Everything about our stay was just perfect. Communication with Devin, the owner, was top notch. She responded to our inquiries immediately. We had a slight issue upon arrival, and it was resolved very promptly. The home is lovely-clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The layout is excellent and great for families. The pool area...just wow! The backyard is beautiful and the pool furniture high quality. The kitchen is so pretty and well stocked. The only thing worth mentioning is that the AC is set to not cool lower than 72 degrees. For us non Floridians, it was a little too warm for sleeping. We would have preferred it a couple degrees cooler. Also, there was no bath soap or shampoo, so be sure to pack your own. I'm hard to please, and this property exceeded my expectations. We hope to return next year!

Very nice remodel of the property. It was very clean upon arrival. Nicely appointed kitchen. Bring some of your own basics to use.Lovely backyard.To go along with the other refreshed furnishings, new sofas might be needed or a refresh of the existing ones. Otherwise a great place for a family or just 2. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to places.

Perfect for family

We were in town for a wedding. My husband and our 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren stayed in the house. There was every imaginable game for the kids. They rode the bikes all over the neighborhood and to the beach! Layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed.

Perfect size for our three familiy group which included small children and a pet. The kitchen has a great range of cookware: Everything listed in amentities was available plus some. I have to add the mattress in the master bedroom was also very comfortable!! The house is close to multiple beaches and Cocoa was just a short drive up the coastline.The host communicated consistently and had thorough instructions available. In addition, she is assisting us to get something we left behind.

It doesn't get better than this!

This property was recently renovated, and they did an awesome job. This house is clean. The layout of the main living/dining/kitchen area flows well. There is a private den/office for anyone who needs alone time. The 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are comfortable. The amenities are great including multiple tv's (we only used one), Wi-Fi, filtered water, coffee bar, wet bar, huge game room, laundry area, and a lovely outdoor seating/pool area. The outdoor shower is a plus too. The garage is stocked with bikes/helmets, beach chairs and umbrellas. This home is located in a pristine neighborhood and close to the small center of town where you can access the post office, a drug store, market and eateries. You can walk 2 blocks to the river to view beautiful sunsets. The beach is about 5 blocks away. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We gave this home a 5Star.

Not what it appears

Upon arriving we found the home very disappointing and very dirty. After driving two days and looking forward to family gathers in the next month, It appears that the home is in the middle of renovations that was not mentioned prior to making reservations. The windows looked as if they have not been cleaned for a very long time. When washing the floors the water turned black, not just dirty but filthy. The carpet in the living room was very dirty and stained so we it blankets down for the baby to pay on. We were looking so forward to getting in the pool and relaxing after our long drive, but could not swim because the pool was dirty. The patio furniture was dry rotted and so rusty that could not be used for fear of someone being hurt. My daughter texted the host immediately because I was so upset and they responded with there being storms therefore couldn’t clean it until the following Tuesday. The pool man (Kyle) showed up on Wednesday and put a broken vacuum in the pool and didn’t come back for another week. So Needless to say this trip was planned a year in advance and I paid a lot of money for a very disappointing vacation/family reunion. We made the best of a very bad situation only to find out a claim had been submitted on my behalf for something I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR! This being my first time using VRBO I feel like these homeowners are using guest to pay there mortgage so they can do renovations at renters expense for more money.

We have learned a lot through all of the properties we've rented; we have pulled from that experience to provide our guests with the best amenities to make your stay valuable and enjoyable!

Why they chose this property

Our home is in the oldest Beach community in Brevard County, Melbourne Beach! We are situated between the Indian river to the west and the beach to the east, enabling quick access to sunrises and sunsets. The beach is about 800m and a lovely bike ride, or you may drive and park in one of the lots. The Melbourne Pier is a short walk and an amazing place to watch the sunset, fish or watch for Manatees and Dolphins! There is a park next to the pier with basketball, pickleball/tennis courts and a playground. Also within walking distance are great restaurants, cafes, and a local market.

What makes this property unique

We have a spacious 4-bedroom house, 1 King bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and the fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a daybed with a trundle underneath. In addition, the den (with a door for privacy) has a pull-out bed as well as two air mattresses. We have a large solar-heated pool in the fenced yard with an enclosed porch full of fun (outdoor bar with TV, air hockey, foosball, pool table). We provide all beach needs including chairs, wagons, toys, boogie boards and towels, as well as 12+ bikes.
