View of Paradise! You will love the location of this beachfront ground floor condo at Regency Towers! It has been remodeled and is bright and clean. One bedroom and two full bathrooms. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. Stacked washer/dryer. Corner unit next to BBQ grills, near pools, easy access parking, no elevators or stairs to deal with! Overlooks green belts and swings with an amazing gulf front view! Closest unit to the beach and not directly in front of pools. Perfect location!
Regency Towers has great amenities! Including a fitness center, billiard tables, and activities all summer long. There is a pool bar on site that offers great food, drinks and room service. There are 2 large pools (one stays heated when needed), hot tub, comfortable pool lounge chairs, picnic tables, benches and swings. Close to restaurants, bars and entertainment.
House Rules:
No groups of single adults under 25.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping in the condo - must follow resort designated smoking areas.
Max Occupancy 4 (max adults 3)
Must sign rental agreement.
A security deposit of $300 is placed as a hold on your credit card 3 days before arrival.
There is a $40 fee due at check in for wristbands to amenities and a parking pass for your entire stay.
