The host was amazing all around. From communication to ensuring we had everything we needed, we felt taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. The cabin was spotless and all of the amenities were fully functional. The area was not hard to get to and it was in a nice, and quiet area while still being near Sevierville and Pigeon Forge (furthest place we traveled to was 25 minutes!). We will be staying here again in the future as well as recommending this cabin to our friends and family. Thank you for having us!

Adorable cabin

Cozy cabin, perfect for a little get away and quiet time. My husband and I stayed there with our 2 children. We all enjoyed the privacy of the location. The game table was fun for the entire family. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks unfortunately. The check in process was simple and communication with the host was perfect.

Definitely smaller than how the pictures make it seem, which was fine for just me and my husband. The closet was stuffed full of random things so we couldn’t put our stuff in it, no room for a dresser, so we left all of our stuff in the suitcase on the floor the whole time. Smallest shower I’ve ever been in. Shower liner looked dirty. Pedestal sink in the bathroom and nowhere to put things (skin care, hair tools, clean clothes after shower). Hot tub looked questionable so we didn’t use it. Washer smelled soured when we put the towels in it at check out. Worst part was the driveway. Not enough room to turn your car around in it and there’s a cliff on one side. Every time we went to leave my husband had to back the car down the small uphill road. Not as secluded as the listing makes it seem. There’s another cabin farther up the hill that shares an entrance road and you can hear traffic constantly.

Could not use hot tub at all as it was filthy dirty and had scum on sides and fire pit was a make shift grill… very disappointed

Had we been informed, we would have sent our cleaners right away to assist you. After reviewing the situation with our cleaning team and checking the photos, we confirmed that the hot tub was cleaned before your arrival. The discoloration was caused by natural sediments from the well water, which, while harmless, can sometimes appear after filling. Regarding the fire pit, we understand your preference for a larger setup. However, due to county regulations and guest safety, we must adhere to specific size and placement guidelines near the cabin. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our guests’ experience.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

Smoky Moon cabin was exceptional. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. Great communication from owner. Check in and Check out process was easy and convenient. This cabin was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great, very peaceful and was nice to get away from the crowded area. The cabin area felt very secure as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. Having internet and ROKU was nice. The cabin has stackable clothes washer and dryer that works well. The shower is on the small side but we never ran out of hot water. There is a game table with many games to play. There are kayaks, however we did not use them. There is a private hot tub with gazebo to soothe those tired muscles. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this cabin if visiting the area.
