Summary:
Welcome to our townhouse located up on the hill towards Mt Baldy, just two miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. The townhouse has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The townhouse has a loft and another living space with twin over twin bunk beds. This is a great option for groups of family or friends that want a quieter setting while still being close to everything Breckenridge has to offer.
The Space:
This townhouse is located near Mt Baldy, about two miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. The first floor of the townhouse features the kitchen, dining area, and living room with a great open space layout. The living room has a wood burning stove, mounted TV, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything needed to prepare a meal from home. The dining table has seating 4 and there are an additional two breakfast bar seats in the kitchen. There is one bedroom on the first floor, and it has a queen bed, access to a patio, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. Please note, this is the only bathroom on the first floor.
Guests will access the second floor of the townhouse via a spiral staircase. The second floor has the second bedroom, which has a queen bed, TV, and access to a balcony. Although this is the only bedroom, there is also a twin over twin bunk bed in an open living space on the second floor. There is no wall providing privacy, but the bunk bed is located in a living space. The bathroom on the second floor has a shower/tub, and it is located off of the living space. There is also a washer and dryer next to the bathroom that guests can use during their stay. Lastly, there is a loft space that is accessed via a ladder. The loft has a twin bed, a futon, and a desk. Please note, there is not a proper staircase to the loft and guests that want to go to the loft must be comfortable accessing the space via a ladder.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse and two outdoor parking spaces in the lot (unassigned space, but parking pass required).
The Neighborhood:
This area of Breckenridge is peaceful and quiet and sought after for its incredible views. There are many hiking, biking, and cross country skiing trails nearby. The bus is available to take you down to Breckenridge, which has an excellent variety of dining and shopping on its historic Main Street and the world-class ski resort.
Getting Around:
Downtown Breckenridge is only a 10-minute drive away. AWD/4WD is required from November to May. Uber and Lyft are available. You can catch the Boreas Pass Loop bus at the Lucky stop, which is just outside the entrance of the townhouse.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, the access to the loft is via a ladder. There is not a proper staircase to the loft, and guests that want to go to the loft must be comfortable accessing the space via a ladder.
There are no assigned spaces in the parking lot, but a parking pass is required and will be in the unit upon arrival.
Please note that there is construction occurring on the premises, this shouldn't impact the stay, however there may be some loud noises during the day and the patio may occasionally be out of use. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
