We have stayed at this property multiple times. It is very comfortable, clean, and convenient to RIT. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space and bedrooms are quite accommodating. We highly recommend.

Great house and location for our family to visit son and daughter in law in the area. The house was clean and well equipped for all our needs. The hot tub was very clean, well maintained and wonderful bonus. I recommend for other families needing a space in Rochester. The owner was great to work with.

What an amazing property! It was a relaxing retreat with plenty of space for our family. There were provided property amenities and close to shopping and food. Our host when needed, was responsive. Definitely a property we would visit again.

This was a very clean space to stay. The beds were comfortable and they had nice long mirrors that made it so much easier to get dressed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. 100% would stay again!

Amy’s house was the perfect place for our 3 night stay near the RIT conference center. It was very clean, and we enjoyed using the outdoor deck and hot tub. We will definitely stay at Amy’s house the next time we’re in the Rochester area.

Every year I take a trip with my mom & mother in law, this place was great. We loved the home, the pool was beautiful, the hot tub was heavenly, and the house was clean & cozy. Just a couple recommendations; to have the greenery around the pool area cut back and cleaned up and maybe to use the wood gazebo on back side of pool would have been nice, but it's over grown & unkept, kinda creepy. Overall, we made the best of our stay and would definitely return! Thank You for sharing your home with us.

We have a pretty booked summer so to not interrupt our guests the back gardens can get a little full and with all the rain it makes it tough to keep up with. The cleaners work on it in between guests as much as possible. The wood gazebo is not for use as we have a deck with a gazebo on it. We hope you to have you back in the future! Thanks again for staying in our home.

Hostess was wonderful to work with. House was just as advertised . Great location for visiting our RIT student. Added bonus was the year round hot tub access which we enjoyed relaxing in during our stay! We will definitely stay again when visiting our Tiger!

The house is spacious, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The water temperature in the hot tub was perfect and we enjoyed soaking in it every evening we were there. The house is in a nice location, close to restaurants and grocery stores and within 15-20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go.

This is a lovely home that was well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy with the code provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels/shampoo/conditioner etc. we appreciated the robes and slippers for the hot tub! It was great to have the washer and dryer too. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 stayed here and we had plenty of room, amenities and activities. Amy was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and major highways. We loved the hot tub and there are lots of areas to gather. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time here. The hot tub was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the living room sofa was huge, making for a relaxing hangout. Everything was clean, lots of towels provided, host was super responsive (although we didn't need to contact her for any issues!).
