Great stay!

We loved our stay! The house was clean, cute, and in a perfect location. There were plenty of towels for our large group which was very much appreciated. We never even needed to reach out to the host because everything was perfect! Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed in Springfield for the weekend while our son had a hockey tournament. Home was in a central location to everything. House was as described and clean, we had plenty of room for all our guests and the yard was plenty big for our dogs. The road is a little busy out front but the home was quiet inside so that was a plus. Since it is such an old home the floors can be very squeaky in some areas, just FYI. Overall we had a great experience!

Our family chose this home for 7 adults and one 12 year old to all be in one place instaed of scattered throughout different hotel rooms. The stay was perfect and made the weekend feel very easy. All accomodations were perfect and communication with the hostess was also perfect. I would suggest this home and owner to everyone visiting springgield..

Liked: Location
The property is a bit older. The bedroom in the basement has glass doors, so there is no privacy to change clothes if other guests are in the basement living room. There is also not a handrail leading to the basement, so older members of our party had a difficult time walking to the basement. We were going to cook dinner our second night, but when we turned on the oven there was a heavy gas smell. We promptly turned off the oven and aired out the kitchen and made alternative dinner plans. The banister leading up to the front door was also loose. Several of our party that were senior in age struggled to get up those stairs with their luggage because the banister was so wobbly. Very steep driveway with lots of scrapes on the concrete where oil pans have struck the drive. We opted to street park to save on damage to our vehicles.
